The Tarantulas' The Natural 25 March 15

The Tarantulas is a bike building business made up of a few friends in NE Portland USA who are into the building and riding of Cafe (or any) Motorcycles.

The Natural is one of their projects based on a 1976 CB750F SS. This bike was a couple years in the making, off and on. It started as an abandoned bike and was taken to their garage where they immediately started pulling all the useless crap off it. The plan was to create a bike that was “Natural” - brushed metal, gum rubber and leather looking vinyl was used.

Originally the back was to be black, starting at the downtube on, but James Crowe did such an amazing job on the cowl they thought it would be crazy to cover it up. To finish the project some Tarozzi rearsets are fitted and then it will be stripped all the way down and everything powder coated.

Custom clip-ons, rear cowl with oil tank and battery box, headlight ears, levers and hard lines done by James Crowe at Crowe Customs

Seat upholstry done by Ginger at New Church
